Welcome to the Conservation Captains education program, a locally tailored curriculum designed to teach fifth-grade students and their families the importance of water in our region. Delivered by the classroom teacher, this program seamlessly integrates into the existing classroom setting. Comprising five lessons aligned with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), our program features engaging digital content and hands-on activities. Each lesson is a dynamic experience, supplemented with resources like video streaming content, online assessments, and more. Generously supported by our regional and local water utilities, we’re excited to extend an exclusive invitation to 5th-grade teachers and students in Tarrant County for no cost.
